Make sure you have filled out any forms that have been sent to you.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out additional forms and get your pre-appointment analysis complete before your appointment time.

We understand that schedules may change. To best support our service providers and accommodate other clients, Mizu Haven Headspa & Wellness requires a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. 

24-Hour Policy Acknowledgment 

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a charge. 

Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full scheduled service price. 

Charges may be applied to the card on file. 

Same-day cancellations are treated as late cancellations. 

This policy applies regardless of reason, including forgotten appointments, traffic delays, or oversleeping.

We have a 5 minute late allowance as we understand unexpected things can occur, guests any later than 5 minutes forfeit their appointment and will be charged the full amount for their service.
For those who are receiveing a longer length service (90 min-120 min), a shorter length service can be provided, but the client will still be charged the original appointment amount.
